Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made via email to info@sccacc.org by Sept 18 at 5pm EST in order to receive a full refund, less credit card processing fees. Cancellations from Sept 23 on are unable to be refunded. *Late Fee - registrations made from September 18 on will incur a late fee of $50.

Reservations at Kiawah Island Golf Resort

How to book:

Once you have registered for the conference, your e-receipt will be automatically sent to the email you registered with. Hotel reservation information will be in the email. You may book your room after registering for the conference.

Villa & Sanctuary Group Block Room Rates

One Bedroom Scenic Villa - $217.00 per night
Two Bedroom Scenic Villa - $259.00 per night
Three Bedroom Scenic Villa - $291.00 per night
Sanctuary guestroom - $625.00 per night

All rates are subject to 13% tax and 9% daily resort fee*tax rates are subject to change. Cancellations must be received fourteen (14) days prior to arrival date for refund of deposit.

Room Block Cut-off Date
Group rates will be available three days before and after the event dates, based on availability. Deadline for making reservations is Tuesday, August 26th, or until room block is fully committed - whichever occurs first. Reservations received after this date will only be filled on a space-and-rate available basis.
